Step 3: Enter your username or email and click the Get New Password button.

Step 5: Once the website confirms that your email address is in the system, it will send an email to your registered email address. You will be provided with a new tentative password to use to log into the system.
Step 6: Copy the tentative password you received and go back to the website to log in. Note: we recommend that you change your tentative password on the Change Password page on your profile.
