Invite a Candidate to Apply

Overview #

This process allows recruiters to invite candidates in the candidate pool to apply for a job they are qualified for.

Step 1: Log in as a Recruiter

Step 2: On the header menu, click the Candidates link.

Step 3: Find the most qualified candidates for the job by filtering the candidates list. You can filter candidates by:

Step 4: Select the candidate you find fit for the job and view their profile.

Step 5: Click the Invite button and select the job/s you believe they are best suited for.

Step 6: The candidate will receive an email notification about your invitation to apply.
